My heart is breaking. I despair at the thought of this beautiful city being destroyed like Damascus, that jewel of all cities and the longest continuously inhabited capital city in the world… it simply must not fall to Putler. I wish I could go to fight… I am a shit soldier, however. Would they have any need for an ex local government commissioner who can’t kill a fly.
It has always been my dream to visit these two cities.
I can’t stop the tears.
