VThe entire ideology behind Tory obsessions can be described wiyj one word - cakeism! It is an ingrained belief that this country is so exceptional that it can have its cake and eat it. This is what fuelled the Brexit fantasy as the Tories simply thought that UK can have all the benefits of the EU market without being bound by its rules! The belief that EU could not let UK go was the foundation on which the sand castle was built… 

As it soon became clear, the situation was quite the opposite. While 27 countries showed a unified front in their negotiations, we squabbled and ripped each other apart with no end in sight. The hard truth that the cake will neither be had no eaten is starting to slap people in the face…. The unfounded belief in our exceptionalism is starting to show its cracks although the. subject is still avoided at all costs… but some voices are starting to become louder.. 

As the Tories to a total shapeshifting upturn and announce a practically Labour budget, the Brexit vampires are eerily quiet… biting their nails at the back, desperately looking for straws to cling on. This shameless group of people that dragged their own party into a nationalist fantasyland are sitting and looking stunned as their party shifts to a place that would have been taken by Labour in the old days.. . They are as shameless as they are nasty.., They know that the whole farce of Conservatism is starting to look ridiculous. People are rightly asking: WHAT IS THE POINT OF CONSERVATISM???
