England has become sclerotic. There is no doubt about it… It clings on to the past in a rosy picture of herself, refusing to admit it is becoming an international joke run by a lying clown-swine.
Ok, the #Tories have suffered some losses in local elections but not as nearly as catastrophic as they should have been if people voted with their heads instead of groins. England knows that if the Clown goes, the whole #BrexitFantasy collapses like a house of mouldy cards. The tight spirited nationalists of the #DailyMailland need to believe in the fantasy as otherwise they may as well shut the shop, where no one wants to buy anything from. Fridge magnets with patriotic scenes is all that is in the shop’s shelves. Who will buy enough fridge magnets to save the business? Chinese tourists, perhaps? Saudi sheikhs? Who knows….
It is so painful to watch a country go down a drain in a state of stupor and delusion. I am not sure if #KeirStarmer is the answer because the so called people want a show, nor a government. The love of joke will be the undoing but it’s important to keep calm and carry on because we are still in the #Blitz. It never ended, if you read the main daily rags.
