On day two, I discovered the old town that was totally charming with an amazing range of bulding styles in different periods creating a great mosaic of colours, effdcts and moods.
There were old Georgian churches, Art Nouveau hotels, modernist cinemas and soviet blocks, most ov which were in a bad state but they somehow had so much more personality than the disnwyland looking monstricities..
I got to feel the Georgian soul and I loved it.
