a good day for Europe

Despite the nastiness, lies and racism that has been much more obvious since Brekshit, both England and Scotland have Asian prime/first ministers - a Hindu and a Muslim, which would not be possible anywhere else in Europe… this doesn’t eradicate the cancer of racism that simmers in a lot of white people to various degrees but it is a massive step in beating it. Both England and Scotland can only be proud (as much as I hate that word) for leading the way in Europe, a continent which started two world wars in its obsession to dominate the world because white people where convinced they were entitled to it. The Balkans, for example, is probably 200 years away from having true equality and diversity… paranoia, blind nationalism, homophobia, transphobia, and all other phobias are the daily mantra from Ljubljana to Istanbul, unfortunately. #congratulationsscotland
